Specialty Programs
Want even more variety in your routine? With the opening of our Performance Center, members can now participate in specialized programming, such as TRX Suspension Training, small-group cycling training, and heavy bag boxing. Complimentary Equipment Orientation
One of our fitness professionals will be happy to show you how to use any equipment at the Club. During your complimentary session, he/she will discuss your health and fitness goals, help you establish an appropriate exercise plan, and design a basic program to get you started.
