JV Bootcamp

This 60-minute class for children ages 9 - 13 years combines cardiovascular and strength conditioning exercises in a super-fun environment. Kids take part in speed and agility drills as well as balance, coordination, and strength exercises. They will use dumbbells, stability balls, tubing, medicine balls, and Step platforms.

Parents are required to drop children off and pick them up, as well as stay on Club premises during the class. JV Bootcamp is complimentary to children who are on their parents’ membership. Children who are not on their parents’ membership will be charged an additional $10 per day of activity.
