Court Reservations

We want everyone to have a great time on the courts. So please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following reservation and court guidelines. Click here to make an online court reservation.

Reserving a Court

• Racquet members may reserve courts up to 3 days in advance, starting at 7:30 am. For example, call Wednesday to reserve a court for Saturday. Call Thursday to reserve for Sunday.
• Courts may be reserved beginning on the half-hour. Reservations may be made for 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
• To reserve a court, call the Sports Desk at 858.509.9933. Court assignments will be given when you arrive at the Sports Desk or Family Desk.
• If a court is not available, you may ask to be put on a waiting list. If a court becomes available, you will be contacted.
• Racquet members may not reserve courts for more than 90 minutes consecutively
• Each member is responsible to call in for his/her own court reservation. Members are not allowed to reserve a court using another member’s name or number.

Check-in Requirements

You must check in for your court at either the Sports Desk or Family Desk. If you have not checked in within 15 minutes of your court time, your court may be given to a waiting member and you will be charged a “no show” fee of $10.

Please note: We ask all players to leave the court promptly when their time expires. To request an extension, please return to the Sports Desk after your reserved time is up.

Court Cancellation Policy

Members will be charged a $10 fee if a court reservation is not cancelled by 7:00 pm the night before, or if the court is unoccupied during the scheduled time of play.
