Cost:

$299 – one-time fee for LEANPower!™ Binder, 1-hour Initial Consultation and 90-minute personal training session; and $295 for your circuit training classes and ongoing coaching with Linda ($37/class, based on 2 classes per week, 4 people per class). Circuit training alone and private coaching also available.
