Sanctuary Specifics

Our knowledgeable spa staff will help plan the perfect day or treatment for you. This includes suggesting the best sequence and answering any questions you may have about specialized treatments, spa packages, or any other service you’d like to experience.

Appointments and Arrival

Please schedule your appointment in advance by calling 858.509.0330.

We suggest that you allow at least 30 minutes before your appointment to shower or spend time in the sauna or steam room. This will enhance the results of your massage or body treatment. First-time facial clients should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete a service questionnaire.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, lessening its effectiveness and diminishing your pleasure. Please note that all treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off while at The Sanctuary Spa. Babies and small children are not allowed in the spa. Please call to inquire about age requirements for our services.

What to Bring

Since your visit to The Sanctuary Spa will be a relaxing experience, we suggest that you wear comfortable clothing that can be placed in a locker during your treatment. A robe will be provided for you during your visit. If your visit includes using other Pacific Athletic Club facilities, please bring the appropriate workout attire and/or swimsuit. For pedicure services, remember to bring open-toed shoes.

As a full-service spa, we offer amenities designed for your comfort, including stream room, sauna, showers, and vanity products. We also provide a full line of personal amenities, such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, shaving cream, and hairspray. You are invited to bring your personal cosmetics, hair care, and sandals, if you prefer.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always welcome, but are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. The customary amount is 15 - 20% per service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available at the Spa Desk. They come in any denomination and never expire.

Cancellation Policy

The services you select are reserved exclusively for you. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify The Sanctuary Spa at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Unless we receive such notification, you will be charged 50% of the fee for your reserved service. Confirmation calls are a courtesy of the spa. We will not be held responsible for not reaching you to confirm.
